Refund policy

These Refund Policies ONLY are applicable to products purchased directly from Audea Inc.’s web store.

All other return or refund requests should be sent to the reseller the product was purchased from.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

The company does not extend any other warranties or guarantees beyond its standard limited warranty and has the sole discretion of approving your RMA and refund request or not. 

The company may elect at its own discretion to repair, replace the Product or issue you a refund. 

Refer to the company’s standard limited warranty terms for more details.   

If the company decides to approve your request to evaluate the Product to determine whether it qualifies for a possible refund then the company will issue you a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number in writing.

The company will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Be sure to write the RMA number on the package when you send it in to the company.

Items sent back to the company without receiving an RMA or without writing the RMA on the outside box will not be accepted and they will be promptly returned to the sender.

Once you have received an RMA from the company and you have sent the Product back to the company the company will inspect the Product to determine if it qualifies for a refund or needs to be repaired or replaced.  

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your authorized RMA issued returned Product and let you know if the refund was approved or not.  The company may elect at its own discretion to repair, replace the Product or issue you a refund.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and determine what may needed to correct the problem.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards or any product purchased from anywhere except the Company’s web store.
