Delivery Shipping

We generally use United Parcel Service (UPS) for delivery of product to the customer.  Be sure to inspect the product as soon as you receive the product and notify Audea Inc. if any damage is found.

Return Shipping

DO NOT RETURN ANY PRODUCT WITHOUT FIRST CONTACTING AUDEA.

Freight charges, taxes, import duties and any other related costs incurred in the shipping of the product to Audea Inc. are the responsibility of the Buyer as ownership transfers upon acceptance by the carrier. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to arrange and pay for the duties, taxes and any other related importing fees and services of the product including the selection of any related Tariff codes.
